Covid-19 Update

We have made many changes to our operations and procedures and implemented some changes to make sure your experience is completed as safely as possible and wanted to let you know what these are.

What to wear

We will not be issuing our normal jumpsuits so please wear suitable clothing:

Comfortable sports clothing, tracksuit/jogger, leggings, sweatshirt.

No Jeans

Arms and legs must be covered

Flat well-fitting training shoes, no heels, hooks or buckles.

Online Check-In

Everyone will need to complete an online check-in before arriving at the dropzone. You will be sent an email a couple of days before your jump with links to the documents you need to sign so please make sure you complete this when you get it.

Arrival Times

We have increased our arrival times to every hour and will be booking in 2 jumpers per time slot. If you are part of a family group please let us know and we may be able to increase this to accommodate you.

We are also asking jumpers to bring no more than three spectators with them.

Briefing

We have produced a video briefing which you will be shown before being taken through to the kitting up area where our instructors will make sure your equipment is fitted correctly ready for your jump.

The Skydive

We have reduced the number of jumpers on the aircraft, this not only allows for social distancing but also means the aircraft can climb quicker.

Everyone will wear face coverings during the ride to altitude, instructors will be wearing full-face helmets and jumpers will be able to remove their face covering before exiting the aircraft.

Facilities

We have put social distancing markers around the centre, please adhere to these when queuing for the canteen or toilets.

There are also hand sanitising stations prominently displayed, please make sure you use them whenever you pass one.

The café will be offering a reduced menu takeaway service only and contactless payments are preferred.

There will be covered spaces in the spectator area that will allow for social distancing.

We are following advice from the Government and British Skydiving and will continue to monitor this, some of the above may be subject to change as the advice changes.
