At Shrewsbury Town FC Foundation, our mission is to unite the STFC football family with the Shropshire community through life-enhancing programmes and partnerships. We are dedicated to supporting those in need, unlocking individual potential, and driving sustainable, positive change across the county.
Our support programmes cater to all ages, from primary school children to university students. We offer a wide range of opportunities, including employability programmes, college and university pathways, disability programmes, and SEN (Special Educational Needs) programmes—ensuring everyone has the chance to succeed, regardless of their background or abilities.
No matter your age, race, gender, or sporting ability, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, fulfilling life and contribute positively to their local community.
Since 2008, we have invested over £1.43 million into the Shropshire community, reaching more than 7,160 unique participants through our diverse programmes. This includes over 80 participants in our disability programmes and 560 young people engaged in our after-school clubs. On average, we spend over 20 hours with each participant, with more than 2,000 individuals collectively taking part in 1,295 hours of delivery.
We remain committed to growing our reach and increasing participation in our community, and we invite you to join us in making a lasting, positive impact.
