The experience of a life time! - I really dont know where to begin! I'm still trying to find the words to describe how amazing the experience was! From booking my jump, to leaving the airfield, the... read more experience was superb. Booking was super easy, ans all the information needed was accessible and clear. Communication from Tilstock Skydive was also fantastic, keeping me in the loop throughout, and getting excited for my jump.

When we arrived, everyone was so friendly and put me at ease - I was a little nervous, but only because it was my first time and didn't know what to expect. I was soon trained, kitted up and met my instructor and camera man who made me even more at ease, thank you Chas and Zane!

They were both so excited for me, and as we left the aircraft, I just knew I'd be well looked after. Zane got some amazing footage through the entire jump, and after the parachute opened, Chas talked me through everything. He made it more fun by putting us in a spin and showing his expert flying skills.

As soon as we touched down, I wanted to go back up and do it again, it was an instant buzz, and I cant wait to return. The team back at the hut helped me out of my harness and body suit, and we're telling me more about skydiving opportunities and courses available, which is incredibly tempting.

All the way home, and even 24 later, I'm still beaming from ear to ear, telling everyone about my experience. I really cant thank the entire team enough for creating lifelong memories, helping me tick this off my bucket list, and inspiring me to return!

BEST DAY EVER!  - If I could rate higher I would, this was the most incredible experience of my life! From start to finish I felt comfortable and prepared for what I was signing... read more up for, the energy from the team was great, I felt so hyped up! From the front desk staff, the safety briefing staff, the mini bus drivers to the skydiving team, I was always receiving great energy and a huge smile. I couldn't have asked for a better day and I can't thank you all enough! The only downfall being no one prepared me for the adrenaline plummet on the way home, all I wanted to do was do a U-turn to go back and do it again!
PS. Special shout out to Dave, my tandem instructor (coolest guy ever!!) and Jacob, my extremely talented camera man, thank you for capturing everything perfectly!

WOW, What an experience  - I completed a skydive on 16th August 2025 and all I can say is WOW, what an experience. Skydive Tilstock were absolutely amazing from start to finish. The... read more skydive happened on our second attempt, first one was postponed due to weather conditions but they did try their best to make it happen on the first attempt after we had waited for several hours. We got to altitude bit the weather conditions were not good enough to jump so they took us safely back down to ground and we rescheduled for August. Staff were so friendly and happy to answer any questions at any time. They were all very happy and bubbly and made you feel at ease and and safe. Again on the second attempt we were delayed but we were kept up to date regularly and advised that we could wait at home and call the centre for updates on when to arrive to save us sitting around for longer than we needed to, which is always a bonus when you have young children to entertain 🙂
I was extremely pleased with my experience at skydive Tilstock and would highly recommend them anyone that is considering booking a skydive.

I can honestly say this was the most exhilarating, surreal, and life-affirming thing I’ve ever done!

From the moment I arrived, the energy was electric. The team were... read more friendly and professional. I jumped with Hans. His calm confidence and great sense of humour made the experience memorable!

The ride to altitude was a mix of excitement and suspense. As we climbed higher, the landscape stretched endlessly in every direction. There’s a unique kind of quiet up there — like the world is holding its breath.

Those first few seconds in freefall are impossible to describe. It’s not like falling — it’s more like flying face-first through the sky at 120 mph and somehow, it’s not terrifying — it’s freeing. You don’t even feel your stomach drop like on a rollercoaster. Just wind, speed, and an overwhelming rush of I’m actually doing this.

After about a minute of freefall, the parachute opened and everything slowed down — like stepping into a dream. We floated around with sweeping views of the fields and scenery below. Hans even let me steer a bit, doing spirals and gentle turns through the sky. It was peaceful, beautiful, and surprisingly emotional.

We came in for a soft landing — feet up, slide in — and just like that, I was on solid ground again, grinning like an idiot. My legs were jelly, my face hurt from smiling, and my heart was still racing!

Would I do it again?
In a heartbeat. This tandem skydive wasn’t just an adventure — it was a reminder of how incredible life can be when you step outside your comfort zone (and out of a perfectly good airplane).

If you’re even thinking about it stop thinking. Book it. You won’t regret it!

What a shame

We had a incredible time at Skydive Tilstock. From moment we arrive the whole team made us feel welcome and safe. Everything ran smothly and you can tell they realy love what they do. we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was extremely wel organized with lots of fun. Huge thanks to Emlyn, Soupy, Jenny, Dave, Dan, Gary, and Hans for making it unforgettable.

My cameraflyer was jenny that covered my jump expertly and produced a high quality video another totally professional member of the team. i would recommend the video of the jump as its well worth the money . My tandem jumper was Dan whose day job as a stunt man gave me a lot of confidence! The plane ride up to 13,000 feet took 15 minutes & the fantastic views of Snowden, Conway & the Mersey Estuary took my mind off the slight nervous anticipation I was feeling. Dan assured me that his sole aim was to get us down safely & for me to have a fantastic experience & I'm delighted to say he achieved both! I also paid the extra to be filmed & I would highly recommend doing this.

Addictive.  - Amazing. Fantastic. Definitely addictive.
From the moment you arrive you are briefed on what happens. Then at every stage the staff explain what’s happening next. Not once did we... read more feel doubtful about what was happening or we had to do.
Time to spend with friends and family spectators in between. Along with telling them the colour your parachute is so they can spot you.
All the staff are fun, and very friendly. Whilst remaining safe, knowledgable, dedicated with high standards and attention to detail.

An amazing experience all round - I decided to do a tandem skydive for my birthday. But they were also professional, knowledgeable and happy to answer any question to make you feel at ease. My instructor Laura was really lovely and kind, she made the whole experience fun and relaxed, guiding me every step of the way. I'd also recommend the video and stills package, these pics will always remind me of how brave I was, great value for money and an amazing experience all round.

Loved the skydive  - Great Skydive, we felt well looked after and, above all, safe!

Arrived and checked in, watched safety briefing, then fitted with harness and practice the positions needed... read more in the sky.

You get on the bus for a short ride to plane then up in the air. The instructor explains everything clearly and offers reminders. I felt completely safe with Stephan (hope I spelt correctly!) and loved the jump. Would definitely go again.
